At Nishka Jewellers, every piece is made to order. Because each item is crafted specifically for you after your order is placed, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any other non-defect reason.

No Returns or Refunds

As all jewellery is made to order, we do not accept returns and do not offer refunds. This applies to all rings, bespoke designs, and custom or personalised pieces.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of every piece we make. If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
