How long does it take to receive my order?
All our jewellery is made to order, which takes 4-6 weeks for production. After production, shipping takes an additional 2-5 business days depending on your selected shipping method.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once production has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Do you offer custom designs?
